Good morning all,
I finally got the sheaths finished and some good photo's of the latest 2 Knives I have finished.
This is the first of the 2 and will be off to its new home shortly.
Specs:
RWL-34 around 59-60 Rockwell.
High 12" Hollow ground with an 800g kork belt finish.
248mm OA.
123mm Handle.
125mm Blade.
30mm wide blade at widest point.
3.6mm thick blade at the thickest point,
The handle is stabilized Tassie Blackwood from AussieBurls International,( I wish I could get these photos to do justice to the chatoyancy in these scales!!!) Blue G10 liners with 416 S/S pins in the middle, Brass front, and rear pins, and Brass lanyard tube.
The sheath is hand-stitched leather and at the customer's request, I have made the sheath in a different style to what I usually do. He wanted it similar to what he has on another Knife of his, I quite like this style and think I will do more of it in the future.
