Hi all, I have been lurking in the shadows for a bit just reading and thought it was about time I said g'day
I started my collection of ka-bar's early last year when I picked up bowhunting again after a long time in the city (country breed) and its sparked a whole other hobby .so far its a working collection that I hope to expand but I have a trusty 1211 and big brother a combat kukri and a united cutlery m48 tomohawk, its my first season but I have spent a bucket load of time out in state forests this year and they have not missed a beat just awesome solid tools, hope to keep growing the ka'bar collection and get a few other makers, aswell As start the long journey of building my own custom knives, the forum has been a great research tool and a big inspiration so thanks heaps to everyone on here its been a big help to this rookie
