Hello to everyone here at ABF.
I am so glad I stumbled upon this excellent forum
It all started for me whilst trolling the net for someone who could put a new handle on my old Kukri;
during the process I found David Brodziak and Bruce Barnett, boy there's an introduction to fine Knifemaking!
As I live in Perth metro (soon moving to Mackay QLD) I got in contact with Bruce, who has been nice enough
to give me some of his time, and offer to do a handle up for me.
While visiting his place he was quite free in offering some advice on how to get started, and what types of equipment
are ideal. I also got to view in person some of his work, which has inspired me to get involved in this craft.
I just wanted to express what a great informative forum we have here, everyone is very helpful, and the skills on show are superb!
