Quantum physics is a bit of a passion of mine. It's extraordinary. There's a branch of mathematics that is based on lunacy, and that's wonderful.

Daggers can be imported provided you obtain a B709b form from you State Police and comply with the requirements of the State you live in.

I read the information of the Australian Customs .
Home Affairs brings together Australia's federal law enforcement, national and transport security, criminal justice, emergency management, multicultural affairs, settlement services and immigration and border-related functions, working together to keep Australia safe.

It means the average person off the street has to have permission to import these good through two government departments and you have to have a very good reason.I should have said restricted.

There is a large thread on all of this in the Law & Politics section.

Ummm no thats kinda wrong but ACS dont make it easy to understand , yes you do need a reason but collecting is a good one believe it or not and yes it is designed that if you have a criminal record you have no hope but alot of it does depends on what state you live in as you organise the B709b thru the state police force and if your in a state where daggers or double edged arnt prohibited its a rather easy process anyways if you go to the section that Gajinoz mentioned look for importing a F/S
