Thanks for the warm welcome all. I made a knife 20 odd years ago with the help from a mate, but we didn't have a clue. Once my posts get to a certain level I can post a pic. I still have this knife.
I'll be browsing this site and trying to find out about knife metal and suppliers, plus what's available for scales, a grinding / sanding belt machine and also how to heat treat etc.
Basically I want to learn everything.
