I've been getting interested in kitchen knives recently and have decided to try my hand at making some knives.

I got pointed to this forum when I started doing some research.

I've picked up a lot of good information.

I was wondering is anyone forging knives in North Queensland that I could come watch and pick up some pointers from?

She is an excellent blacksmith, though won't have much knowledge in knives, you can at least glean the basics of getting metal hot an hitting it.

Don't know anyone in the guild in FNQ that forges.
