Shooter/outdoorsman from Queensland

Hey everyone.
Im from central queensland and enjoy shooting and pigging, camping and working on our hobby farm (4000 acres).
I currently have a boker folding knife, a buffalo river pig sticker and a victory skinning knife and a victory boning knife. Nothing flash.
I am looking at buying a few knifes and will try and help out others if I can.

Im just out of emerald.
I am currently just buying knives but one day i would like to make a knife.
First knife i will make will be a damascus pre-bought blade and i will make the wooden handle from a stump from my favorite hunting spot.
right now i am to busy to make knives.

Be careful buying a damascus (pattern welded) pre-bought blade, the quality varies considerably and you have to pay for the btter ones. Unless the maker will give you the breakup of the steel used I would avoid it.
