Hi folks,
I'm not a knife collector by any means, but have a lifelong interest in owning quality items (buy once, cry once). I stumbled across this site while looking for something to keep the kitchen knives sharp. After seeing some of the great commercial and bespoke knives displayed here I now find myself "needing" a good single-blade folder to add to my Letterman Wave, and the Swiss Army Knife that I've had for nearly 40 years. I'm guessing that the Exchange forum is the place to start looking.
For the sharpener I ended up buying an Edge Pro Apex which Mrs Santa is now wrapping for me to open next Wednesday. Looking forward to learning how to sharpen properly and maybe down the track to replace our mongrel kitchen collection with something a bit better.
