  • G'day from WA

Hi all. I'm not a collector or creator, although I do have a handful of nice knives. I came here because I have a place for some more, knives to be used as tools, and I have a particular fondness for made-in-WA or if that can't be done, made in Australia. I also very much enjoy seeing works of art displayed, even if it is only in photos here. I for one would appreciate it if you guys would leave up the photos even after you've sold or withdrawn your items for sale! More later, cheers.

    Welcome to the forum.

Have a look in the Gallery if you like knife porn, also in the knifemakers area.

      Welcome Hal.

You wouldn't be a bit of a "bluewater" fisherman would you?

I reckon I've been through every post gaj - some beautiful stuff. I have to consciously avoid becoming a collector.

And MikeF you are correct - Bluewater Tackle World is me. Like I don't already own enough knives there!

If it wasn't for your Myaree shop, I would probably own a lot more knives myself!

Again, welcome aboard. I suspect there's a few anglers in this lot, too.

Yep I am. Going away fishing in a few weeks too! Up to Wagoe. 4 nights of beach fishing. Joy!

Half your luck! Best I can manage is an overnighter up at Wedge in a couple of weeks. But then, it is walking season, so there's always a conflict. I'm thinking of taking up freshwater fishing, so I can do both.

Matt, you'd only have to sling a line over your back fence, wouldn't you?

Yeah its only a quick walk down the beach with a rod in hand. Lots of herring about at the moment.
