Wow... thanks for the warm welcome!

In truth, I try to venture away from knives - but keep getting 'the call'. I've been collecting since I cut myself as a kid and needed 8 stitches in my hand from my red plastic handled Mora scout's knife. 'It's in the blood'.

I like the odd custom art knife, but mainly go for the mil/utility style. When they can be mixed - it's a good thing. I've got anything from more than a few Puuko style knives (yes - ironic) to a bunch of VERY well used Spydercos, Benchmades (a custom damascus bladed AFCK) a lovely custom piece I had done by then maker Paul Maffi, a lot of S.E. Asian blades, from Indonesian kris blades, to Malaysian Parangs (including a damascus bladed one). I have a big appreciation of blades that are both serviceable and martial in nature.

I've spent far too much, yet not enough on these things. My tastes are wide and varied, but I like what I like.

I'll get some pics taken as soon as I can collate them without freaking the wife out too much. She mainly just rolls her eyes these days.
