  • Hey hey!

    Hey everyone,

I'm from Brissy Australia and have just go into stock removal over the last few months. I'm currently waiting for 9 blades to come back from Hills HT and cant wait to get to finishing them. Knife making for me is still very new and exciting at the moment and i hope it stays that way. My main reasoning for joining ausblade is to make contacts and hopefully find some more makers in my neck of QLD. So if you are a maker in or around Brisbane shoot us a PM.

    Happy posting,
    Tim.

        Re: Hey hey!

I think getting blades back from Hills might be a bit delayed at this time of year Tim.

I think I sent some around 15/12 and got them back 28/1.

        I am up the road.

I spoke to Gary on Friday. I sent 5 in on the 12th Jan. He said 3/5 were done and the last 2 were in the middle of being cooked and that they should be out this week.

Then mine will still be a while I only sent them on 20th Jan. Unless they did them the same time as yours. Were 3 of your RWL by any chance? Here's to hoping.
