Hey Guys
Joel from mandurah here, I've just really started making knifes this last year thru a build along run on youtube, Made our first knives completely by hand (par the drill). Now I'm hooked, I forged my 2 knife and now I'm onto a file knife, with another on the list. I'm interested in learning more skills about knife making and possibly getting into a Blade sport club next year. Who knows I'll make my own knife for that too I guess. I'm into my youtube channel and learning a lot thru members there, Anyway oh and also I'm trying to build my ww2 collection of v44's/machetes, and such.

welcome to the forum, australian knife makers guild show coming up in melbourne, room will have some internationally recognized knife makers there, great opportunity to chat for hours to gather heaps of information. I still have the brown paper bag that i got from Peter Dal Raso with hand drawings with design hints and tips. every year he gives me advise and i bug guys for help on how i should go about a design or fit and finish problem.
