Hows it going people . My name is Anthony and im new to this forum and to knife making .I have ordered myself a couple of Basic blanks to get me started, just waiting for them to arrive but in the mean time i have a few old files and a saw blade from a Bobro cut off saw . The Bobro saw blade is made from cobalt high speed steel do you think this would be suitable as knife blade material. I may have jumped the gun a bit as i have already cut out and started shaping a couple of blanks . (to keen). So if anyone could help me and point me in the right direction it would be great. Thanks . I will post a pic when i get a chance.

Welcome to the forum. Start up a topic in the General Chat area and I'm sure you'll get plenty of help.Quantum physics is a bit of a passion of mine. It's extraordinary. There's a branch of mathematics that is based on lunacy, and that's wonderful.
