  • Hello from Hungary

    Hello everybody,

I'm Csaba from Hungary, Europe. I'm a knifemaker, member of the Hungarian Knifemakers Guild.
I love knives, making them, using them. My interest for internet is new, i was born in 1967, so this "click, register, sign up, email" thing is new for me.

Hey Csaba, welcome to the forum mate. My grandfather immigrated to Australia from Hungary, be interested to see some of your work. Is there a traditional hungarian working knife?

        Hello,
I hope the picture posting is not too much of a problem. Looking forward to seeing a few. European designs are a bit different to Australian designs.

              Hello!

In Hungary there is no traditional fixed blade knife (maybe a sheperd knife), but we have slipjoints in different forms and sizes, but I dont make them.

I can post some pictures from a very talented maker, if you want.
