    Hello from Sunny Perth

    Hi all,
    A big hello from Perth (the only place in the country where it DOESN'T RAIN :cry: ! I was up in the desert NE of Perth last week and it even rained there!! :roll: )
    Anyway, it'll rain eventually I guess.....

    So, I love knives, thats why I'm here. I've loved 'em snce I was a little girl (I used to even pinch my dad's ones that he would bring back from Africa!), but have only recently started buying higher quality blades. I really enjoy bushcraft and learning bush survival skills, as well as riding motorbikes and traditional archery (longbow). For a crust I am a musician by day and martial arts instructor by night.

    I look forward to getting to know you all and having some fun and informative discussion. This is an awesome forum! :thumbup:

            Yeah, its not bad... I love what I do. 8-)
            Its been a long time coming though, and I still have so much to learn in both fields. But its great that I'm now able to survive doing what I love without need of (involuntary) manual labour. The next step is to be able to work part time so I can go back to Uni next year and study the necessary compliment to my Chinese Martial Arts training - Chinese Medicine. Heck, if I break a student I need to know how to put them back together eh? :twisted: :shock: :lol:
